Project Coordinator

who gets things done -- not someone who hides behind email. Most "project coordinator" roles in construction are glorified admin jobs where you spend your days cleaning up other people's mistakes.

Not here.

At Raven Roofing, you're the person who makes the whole operation run smoother. You'll be the link that keeps projects fully aligned: office ? field ? suppliers ? clients.

You'll run the flow of information, keep the schedules realistic, and protect the quality of our operation with your attention to detail.

What You'll Own

Keeping projects moving forward with clean communication and zero drama Scheduling crews, ordering materials, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Reviewing job details, updating timelines, and keeping everyone informed Spotting issues early Supporting project managers so they can actually manage Keeping documentation tight, accurate, and job-ready
