Responsibilities Working with multiple of Project Managers and reporting to your functional manager you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: \xc2\xb7 Upload deliverables for each Client assigned to the Project Manager \xc2\xb7 Updating project and invoice trackers \xc2\xb7 Issuing purchase order requests and entering them in accounting software \xc2\xb7 Managing flow of incoming Client purchase orders \xc2\xb7 Work with Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule \xc2\xb7 Handle requests for information and data from colleagues and Clients. \xc2\xb7 Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s document control protocol for the project \xc2\xb7 Upload site pictures and site notes to server \xc2\xb7 Review field data collected for missing data and/or transcribing error \xc2\xb7 Administrative tasks as assigned Requirements To perform this role successfully: \xc2\xb7 Graduate of post-secondary Office Administration Program \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year as an Administrative Assistant \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership \xc2\xb7 Detail oriented \xc2\xb7 Have initiative and resourcefulness \xc2\xb7 Advanced oral and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic Please note that Core One Consulting DOES NOT accept unsolicited resumes from recruiting agencies and/or head hunting firms and we will not be responsible for any fees associated with hires from such resumes unless there is a written signed agreement with our corporate office.
