AECOM is seeking a Third Party Project Coordinator to be based in Mississauga, ON.
This position is expected to begin in September 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide project coordination / control and review the designs and construction of infrastructure projects proposed by outside companies and government agencies on or near railway property on behalf of our clients (Railways) to ensure compliance with Railway Standards.
+ Acts as liaison between Third Party applicants and Railway.
+ Project coordinator for transportation / rail projects including freight-rail and transit-rail.
+ Support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks.
+ Review of design drawings and provide comments to proponent.
+ Review of construction work plan methodology and provide comments to contractor;
+ Coordinate between stakeholders;
+ Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
+ Monitor project costs and budgets
+ Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
+ Review documents (drawings, reports, contractor shop drawings, etc.)
+ Acts as liaison between Third Party applicants and Railway
+ Set up new projects and track monthly billing.
+ Review and compile client submittals
+ Project documents control and closeout.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
+ Project coordination experience
+ Experience in transit or rail
+ Experience working on-site (construction supervision, surveying, compaction monitoring / testing, etc.)
+ Project management experience would be an asset;
+ Soft skills:
+ Self-starter
+ Ability to multi-task
Additional Details:
+ Relocation per diem is not available for this position.
