Southern Irrigation is actively looking for a full-time Project Coordinator for our Lethbridge location. The successful candidate should have a high attention to detail, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: 511 41st Street North, Lethbridge, AB
Job purpose: This position’s primary responsibilities are to schedule, plan, and oversee multiple subsurface drip irrigation installation projects per year.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee installations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, always providing the best in quality service
• Supervise and assist installation team members and subcontractors; keep motivated and on schedule
• Troubleshoot issues to determine the best solution for each customer
• Ensure projects proceed efficiently, according to plan, is of high quality and performed safely
• Survey and assess sites as required
• Review drawings, sketches, and as-builts with designers
• Assist and work closely with Outside Sales and other SDI Project Coordinators as required
• Invoice jobs and extras
• 50% office work, 50% field work overall. Seasons may vary
• Out of province travel and nights away required

• Experience with reading and creating plans, maps, models and schemes will be an asset
