Pro-Western Mechanical is a fast paced, mechanical company providing complete mechanical services for new construction of multi-dwelling residential, condos/apartments, town houses and light commercial/industrial. Responsibilities:

Support provincial and local permitting and licensing requirements. Facilitate use of project databases and document management systems. Maintain internal project schedules under the direction of the Project Manager. Schedule and coordinate project meetings including kickoff and closeout meetings. Maintain project documentation including turnover documents, change management records, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders. Assist Project Managers in compiling O&M manuals. Support internal project check-point deadlines and tracking of field assets. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or project execution role. Post-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field; PMP certification considered an asset. Familiarity with construction contract documents and project processes. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams. Before starting in this role, candidates must complete a criminal records check with satisfactory results.
Wage to be determined based on school level and experience.
