Project Coordinator - Agile/Scrum

Full-Time Position - Regina, SK

We're currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering projects that enhance member experience, optimize web platforms, and integrate advanced technologies. This role ensures smooth collaboration between Web Analytics, Web Development, and AI/ML teams, aligning with strategic goals like conversion optimization and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects across internal teams and business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Write clear and actionable user stories and maintain Agile documentation. Set up and manage sprints in Asana, track progress, and help remove blockers. Support internal workflow management and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Assist with quality assurance by writing test cases to decouple testing from development. Act as Scrum Master, fostering team momentum and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or Agile delivery roles. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (we use Asana). Ability to write user stories and test cases. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage projects involving platform enhancements, data-driven features, and cross-functional dependencies. Experience
