Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Office Support

? Welcome visitors and clients, providing information and creating a positive first impression of CEA.

? Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

? Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain calendars.

? Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

? Assist with general office administration, including filing, record maintenance, and data entry.

Project Coordination

? Manage and deliver energy audit, HVAC, and heat pump projects according to defined schedules, resource plans, and contractual deliverables.

? Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple sites.

? Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions.

? Support Project Managers by performing supervised tasks on larger projects.

? Maintain project documentation, including reports, approvals, and program compliance records.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Post-secondary degree or diploma.

? Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

? Proven success in project delivery and knowledge of project management methodologies.

? Ability to independently manage multiple activities at various locations and meet deadlines.

? Knowledge of HVAC systems is considered an asset.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
