We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Quesnel BC. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project management efforts across various sectors of our business.

Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules Assist in estimating project costs and resource requirements Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports Facilitate project meetings and document outcomes Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Support the procurement of materials and equipment as needed. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) Strong understanding of construction estimating processes Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: $44,432.12-$83,009.70 per year
