Duties

Assist in developing and managing project schedules Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate communication and project updates Support cost estimating processes Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation for all phases of construction projects Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues early to implement corrective actions Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation efficiently through construction management software

Skills

Highly organized, communicative and a nature problem solver Experience with schedules, HCSS and other construction management software an asset Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction industry standards Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
