As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in coordinating new and existing projects, handling administrative tasks, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project outcomes. While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, ECO takes a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of their ideas and to see them through to completion, collaborating with key influencers as required.


This is a temporary contract position until

March 31, 2027.




Responsibilities




Perform all administrative tasks related to project management, including documentation, tracking timelines, monitoring budgets, and maintaining project records. Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Monitor project documentation, follow up on pending approvals, and ensure deadlines are met. Troubleshoot and assist project teams with project-related issues or questions. Support data reporting, project analytics, and status updates. Provide administrative support for project meetings, events, and workshops. Opportunity to travel as required for project activities and networking events.

Qualifications




Post-secondary degree/diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Bilingual (English / French) preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Well-developed independent work ethic, with excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders. Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt. Previous administrative experience in a project management context is considered an asset. Willingness to travel periodically throughout Canada.

This role is based at ECO Canada's Calgary head office (unless otherwise noted). Following a 3-month probation period, eligible employees may transition to a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the office.
