Building Restoration Company - Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
United Building Restoration Ltd. is a building restoration company operating in the GTA, seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit tenders and competitive project bids
Develop accurate cost estimates and client quotations
Prepare project start-up documentation and submittals
Create and maintain construction schedules using CPM planning tools
Coordinate tender timelines and scheduling requirements
Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Organize and manage meetings and events, including agenda preparation, travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction planning tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
