We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual with
project management and office administration experience
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
In this role, you'll support day-to-day project coordination, assisting with scheduling, budgets, documentation, and communication between teams, contractors, and clients. You'll also handle key administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations in the office and on-site.

Background in
construction or building projects
Strong understanding of
project scheduling

Excellent
communication and organizational skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to
manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Oversee
daily office operations
to maintain a productive work environment
Manage
front desk responsibilities
, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Supervise and support administrative staff
, including onboarding and training new team members
Maintain accurate records and support
vendor management
Handle
payroll processing
and assist with
human resources tasks
as needed
Knowledge of
budgeting processes
