1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator position or related role (e.g. project assistant, coordinator or administrator)
Proven track record of successfully supporting project teams in achieving project goals and objectives
Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Budgeting and cost tracking, Project scheduling and timeline management, Resource allocation and team coordination, Risk management and issue resolution, Status reporting and progress monitoring
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders,
manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management software such as Trello, Team Work, MS Project, ProjEx is a plus.

Quality assurance and Control:
Assist in developing and implanting project quality plans and standards
Conduct quality assurance activates, such as monitoring and reporting
Team Support and Collaborations:
Provide support and guidance to project team members as needed
Foster a collaborative team environment and promote teamwork
