We are currently looking for a person of character to fill the position of Translation Project Coordinator in the field of communications and marketing on Nuns' Island, Montreal.

  • Position: Translation Project Coordinator
  • Workplace: Office / Hybrid / 100% remote work (your choice!)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (35 hours / week)
  • Salary: $45K / year
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
As a Translation Project Coordinator in the field of communications and marketing at Nuns' Island, Montreal, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure the follow-up of translation projects and ensure their delivery within the prescribed deadlines
  • Follow-up of files and deadlines
  • Management of emails and follow-up of requests made by customers
  • All other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position of Project Coordinator for the Communications and Marketing Translation Team in Nuns' Island, Montreal:

- Fluently bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
- Relevant experience in the field of project coordination
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly, to manage priorities, and to be autonomous and rigorous
- Interpersonal, stress management and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in the translation field (an asset)
