The Project Coordinator is responsible for the daily post-sales operations of the sales department.
Education Required:
High School diploma at a minimum. Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a project coordination position. Computer proficiency and a thorough knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, at an intermediate level, is required. The capability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written is necessary. A working knowledge of French would be an asset.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Schedule and coordinate deliveries of generator projects
Coordinate the ordering of parts/supplies for sales jobs
Respond/reply to general company inquires
Process all work orders, purchase orders, and invoices in ERP system
Enter all relevant information into the production schedules on a daily basis
Complete post-sales forms
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with vendors and customers
Perform alpha/numeric filing as required
Ensure office and boardroom are clean and organized
Maintain data in various databases, as required
Perform other duties as assigned and/or required by business needs
Follow all company policies and procedures
Always perform duties in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
Ensure all key performance indicators (KPI) are met
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
