Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Duties

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate project planning. Manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. Prepare project documentation including estimates, reports, and meeting minutes. Support the estimating process by gathering data and preparing cost estimates for materials and labor. Maintain organized records of all project-related documents for easy access by team members.

Experience

Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred. Proficiency in using construction management software to streamline project workflows. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
