We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and Estimator in driving overall project success. This role plays a key part in project execution, providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, and tracking project progress from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing tenders and contracts, working closely with the construction estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries, and manage pricing requests
Perform electronic quantity takeoffs from project drawings using software like Bluebeam and Planswift
Summarize weekly field measurements and timesheets
Prepare and email monthly invoices to clients in a timely manner
Support the Project Manager, Estimator, and Superintendents in monitoring concrete project performance, including quality control, production tracking, and overall progress
Ensure accurate and organized documentation throughout each phase of the project
Provide solutions and solve any issues that may arise during each project
Coordinate and perform material deliveries and pickups to and from job sites
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 1 year experience in the construction industry and/or similar role
Valid G driver's license and clean abstract
Critical thinking, independent problem solving
Exceptional attention to detail with respect to proofreading, note-taking, and data monitoring and recording, with a limited margin of error
Well organized and can prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work long hours when required
Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
