Project Coordinator

Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a structured project management and support framework for the web technology team, primarily focusing on technological and systems-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving team efficiency and maximizing value delivery by helping prioritize multiple projects--both large and small--across the team. This role also includes supporting the team directly with technical and operational tasks.

Track project progress and manage priorities Receive incoming tickets, manage your assigned tickets, and/or convert them into actionable tasks Participate in task planning and resource management Serve as a liaison with internal and external technology partners Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Ensure project timelines are met across your team and others Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Lead Developper and the rest of the team Prepare, document, and organize project-related tasks

Qualifications

Experience coordinating complex and/or IT development projects Strong collaborative mindset to meet the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Asana Excellent organizational and analytical skills Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools or workflows Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (Asset) Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (Asset) Experience with external SaaS platforms such as Algolia, Dynamic Yield, Listrak, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc. (Asset) Experience in e-commerce environments (Asset) Experience in programming and/or scripting
