About the Role
As our new
Project Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer projects--from the time a contract is signed to the final documentation handover.
You'll coordinate schedules, documentation, logistics, and communication between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams. You'll track project milestones, escalate risks, and make sure everyone has what they need to keep things moving.
This is a role where

really shine. You'll be supporting Project Managers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Support Project Managers in scheduling, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
Process and track project-related orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and logs.
Coordinate shipping and logistics for project materials, including import/export paperwork.
Act as a point of contact for customers during project execution.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timelines and quality are met.
Help identify and resolve issues such as late deliveries, rejected products, or documentation errors.

Diploma or degree in business, engineering, or related field--or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years' experience in project coordination, administration, or operations.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Experience with project management, ERP, or CRM software is an asset.
Experience with logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing environments is an asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel within North America and live/work in Canada.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
