Overview


We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine project management ability with hands-on knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, or interior finishing. This role bridges the office and field- coordinating between design, engineering, production, and installation to ensure projects are delivered with precision and care.

You'll be the go-to person keeping projects on track: verifying site readiness, managing timelines, supporting the install crew, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities



Coordinate daily field operations and maintain clear communication between design, production, and installation teams. Verify site conditions, take field measurements, and ensure alignment with shop drawings. Manage scheduling, delivery logistics, and install sequencing. Oversee installation progress, troubleshoot on-site issues, and handle small service calls or adjustments. Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and maintain client communication. Support installers with technical details, quality control, and documentation. Conduct final inspections, punch lists, and coordinate warranty or service work. Identify and implement improvements in process efficiency and communication flow.

Skills & Experience



5+ years in cabinetry, millwork, or interior finishing (hands-on or supervisory). Strong understanding of shop drawings, cabinet construction, and installation details. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and design intent. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Confident communicator with both clients and trades. Experience using Cabinet Vision, CAD, or project management software is an asset. Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean record and ability to visit project sites across the Okanagan region.

Pay:

Starting at $70,000 per year, plus project completion bonuses and annual performance based bonuses .
