What you'll be doing
The Analyst, Business Effectiveness will join the Distribution and Cards Technology (D&CT) and Digital Technology (DT) Business Management Office (BMO). This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including quarterly pass card attestations, hardware and software procurement, monthly and annual inventories and attestations, health and safety activities, contract and vendor governance support, and financial management tasks as required. The position requires decision-making related to inventory progress monitoring, responding to shifting priorities, and resolving obstacle. Your responsibilities include delivery and support of Information Technology processes as required to establish new and/or operate/enhance existing procedures to support the D&CT and DT BMO.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
Inventory Management: Perform monthly and annual inventory across various locations and complete attestations. Escalate issues as required to ensure inventories remain up-to-date
Purchasing: Support the procurement of hardware and software for various teams, adhering to CIBC processes and policies.
Financial Management: Provide support for financial activities as required by the team.
Communication: Exhibit superior interpersonal and communication skills, including monitoring various mailboxes effectively
Who you are
You can demonstrate 1-2years experience: in a related role with exposure to SDLC/STLC/QA Lifecyle management. Able to work on multiple assignments if required simultaneously and produce quality results. Strong problem solving skills , understanding complex application interface and effectively communicating them to management / stakeholders. Problem Solving with knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
You have a degree/diploma in: Engineering, Business, Technology and/or a related field. PMO or IT Tool certifications are an asset.
You have working knowledge with: Alteryx, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Financial Institute working knowledge.
