Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating between clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing advanced construction management software and technical skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining project schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Prepare and manage project documentation including estimates, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports Utilize Bluebeam for digital document management, markup, and review of plans Support construction estimating processes Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates effectively Facilitate meetings with project teams to review schedules, budgets, and project milestones Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle

Experience

Proven experience in construction project coordination or management roles Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within large-scale construction projects Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills for liaising between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Background in civil engineering or related field is preferred but not required
