Project Coordinator (Formwork)

We are currently seeking a

Project Coordinator

to join our team in Vancouver, ensuring that formwork is installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in coordinating daily activities across multiple construction sites.

Assist in monitoring formwork schedules & documentation

Deficiency walks & floor / timecard sign offs

Maintain project reports, RFIs, change orders, submittals & other engineering documentation

Procurement of materials, equipment & services

Tools review - acquiring best sale & rental rates

Review of critical consumable elements - having embeds, waterproofing, epoxy, chamfer, reveals etc. on site

Qualifications:

Formal education in e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering or built-up experience on site.

Minimum 2+ years in project coordination role

Concrete formwork experience is a strong asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with construction drawings & specifications.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
