Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant
to support our leadership team in managing ongoing projects and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of ongoing
construction, renovation, and operational projects
.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
Prepare reports, track project progress, and maintain digital records and files.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Research and assist with procurement, pricing, and quotations for ongoing projects.
Support budgeting and expense tracking for multiple projects.
Draft and proofread communications, proposals, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other duties as required to support smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient with
Google Workspace, and project management tools
Comfortable with technology, digital filing, and document management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
Prior experience in
construction, event coordination, or project management
is a strong asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work
on-site
at our Newmarket location.
