Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of electrical service and construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. This position requires a blend of organizational expertise, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Site Representation

: Attend site meetings on behalf of the company, providing timely updates and reporting to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Project Documentation

: Assist in preparing, organizing, and submitting internal and external documentation related to electrical service and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Estimating & Closeout Support

: Provide support with project estimating, assist in final project closeout processes, and help management with any financial or logistical tracking during the project lifecycle.

Requests for Information (RFIs) & Change Orders (RFCOs)

: Prepare and submit RFIs and RFCOs in accordance with project requirements, under the direction of senior project personnel.

Field Communication & Coordination

: Maintain regular communication with field staff to ensure project schedules are met, issues are addressed, and the work proceeds smoothly.

Material Procurement

: Coordinate the procurement of materials required for both ongoing and specific project needs, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management.

Email Correspondence

: Draft, send, and respond to professional emails with clients, vendors, field staff, and internal stakeholders in a timely, clear, and professional manner.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Actively support, promote, and adhere to the company's health and safety policies. Assist in identifying potential hazards and encourage safe work practices across the team.

General Support

: Provide general administrative and project support as required to ensure the success of project execution and operations.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple project coordination tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism in all correspondence and stakeholder interactions. Demonstrated ability to track and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables. Proficiency in

ACCUBID

software for estimating and take-offs is

required

. Experience in preparing and managing

Change Orders

is

required

. Experience with project management tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate documentation and reports. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to issue resolution. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, health and safety regulations related to construction and electrical service work. A degree or diploma in electrical engineering is highly preferred, providing a solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical projects. Experience working on projects in institutional settings (e.g., hospitals, schools, government buildings) is strongly preferred due to unique project demands and compliance requirements.

Pay: $46,800.00-$72,800.00 per year
