This will be a remote position and our office is located in Edmonton, Alberta if you'd prefer to work in the office.


You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Preference will be given to Alberta-based applicants.


Full Time Permanent Position or 6 Month Contract Position available

Area of Focus: Project Coordination / Project Management

At the core of this role:

You will support the Operations Director and project team into the successful delivery of courses and projects You will communicate project updates and project status to our clients You will support multiple projects to maintain consistent workflow for the team both short and long term

What your responsibilities will be:

You will coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain detailed task tracking through Teamworks You will assist in developing project plans, schedules and resource allocation You will be responsible for maintaining organized documentation including project checklists, project status reports and other related project documentation You will support the Operations Director and the project teamin managing the scope, budget and schedule of the projects and deliverables You will support the executive team in project metrics tracking Communication! You will have frequent and consistent communication with your team and with clients You will support managing client requests, feedback and maintaining collaboration in open discussions You will build and maintain the team and client's trust throughout the delivery of each project

Skills and requirements that you should have:

You have a post-secondary diploma or degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Solid understanding of emerging technologies in Project Management, their applications and integration techniques You are inspired by the future of education, EdTech, and the possibilities on online learning You enjoy problem solving, you're not afraid to try new things, and you learn from successes and challenges You enjoy researching, learning, and utilizing the latest technologies and tools available You showcase humility and curiosity towards ideas from your team and your clients You have a desire to work in a collaborative environment within your studio and your clients You thrive in multi-tasking environments while being meticulous with details You love communicating
