We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Edmonton team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily site operations, ensuring project documentation is accurate, materials are managed efficiently, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

What You'll Do

Complete quantity take-offs for estimates and site needs Request supplier quotes and order materials Track and coordinate material deliveries Review and approve invoices Support site inspections with architects, engineers, and city consultants Review drawings, addendums, and site instructions for accuracy Communicate with contractors and consultants Prepare project documents and correspondence Conduct quality control checks and maintain site documentation Prepare weekly meeting agendas and short-term look-ahead schedules Track job progress for scheduling and billing Review timesheets and support the Project Manager

What You Bring

1+ year coordinating concrete or steel construction projects Multifamily/residential construction experience (asset) Skilled with MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills CET diploma or equivalent (asset)
