Responsibilities
Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Construction Managers to ensure optimum project efficiency and profitability on all projects * Communicate schedule recommendations to management staff, sales and the customers
Complete logistical coordination for all aspects (materials, equipment & subcontractors) of local operation * Assist with coordination and preparation of submittals, materials and training needed for projects based on provided specifications and customer needs
Manage projects by ordering materials, providing necessary documentation to field staff for job start
Coordinate and maintain the construction schedule for bid and proposal preparation
Maintain project management database; generate reports to track job costs * Estimate labor, equipment, and tools needed for projects
Review contract or delivery order and its specifications of work
Initiate and recommend solutions to problems relating to the product, process and quality systems
