We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of catering and housekeeping services as well as expediting and supply chain management projects.
Established in 1999, we are a small niche market business specializing in supporting remote operations. We believe in working with the north, respecting the people and the environment, and creating lasting partnerships and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, remote business logistics, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality northern remote operations solutions.

The north has unique challenges and the more you know about this, the easier the job will be! But ultimately, we are looking for someone to be our company dashboard to assist in developing project plans and then oversee and manage their completion. Your skills in lean operations and efficiency will also help our team leaders establish excellent processes.
You will work with department leaders to understand their challenges, define their outcome, assist in efficiencies, and keep the President updated regularly on each project including status reports and deficiencies.
