You as a Project Coordinator within the Procurement, Pre-Construction & Design-Build will:

Be involved in the procurement of major design-build, alliance, construction management and progressive design-build projects. coordinate with estimating, scheduling, logistics and operations teams Write technical narratives as well as project profiles & resumes Manage all document control for new and ongoing projects Complete technical reviews of the design to identify and resolve constructability concerns and conflicts Regularly track, monitor and follow-up on documentation or issues Review or draft RFI's and confirm accuracy prior to issuance to consultants, including the identification of optimal solutions Organize and chair or minute meeting Be involved in the design management and coordination of a major design-build project Assist the Project Manager in planning for upcoming work

Is this the right role for you?

You understand alternative delivery projects such as Alliance, Progressive Design-Build and Construction Management Projects You understand P3 Design-Build projects You are a hard working detail oriented, organized, reliable, and a proactive team player You have an Engineering degree or Construction Management / Technology diploma Experience working onsite completing heavy civil construction projects You are eager to learn, grow your career, and contribute to the successful completion of a major design-build project
