About the Role:



The

Project Coordinator

will work directly with our Project Manager and field teams, providing hands-on coordination support both on-site and in-office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in growing into a Project Manager over time.

You'll learn by doing. Shadowing PMs and foremen in the office, helping with scheduling, supporting day-to-day project administration, and eventually assisting with quoting and estimating smaller scopes.

What You'll Do:



Support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination and project administration Maintain project schedules, documentation, drawings, RFIs, and change orders Assist with job costing, material tracking, and weekly reporting Attend job sites to gather updates, take photos, and shadow site leadership Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and site access Communicate with clients, vendors, and field staff in a professional manner Support quantity takeoffs and small-scale quoting/estimating as skills develop Learn mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and TI workflows through direct mentorship

What We're Looking For:



Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative Clear written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Preference given to:



Experience working in office setting Familiarity with scheduling or job-costing tools Previous experience in coordination or site support roles

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
