What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate and track schedules, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and permits
Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review and process invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
Support bid preparation, tender coordination, and contract documentation
Maintain accurate project files and logs in project management software
Attend project meetings and take minutes/action items as required
Ensure health and safety policies are communicated and maintained across all sites
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in construction project coordination or a related role
Experience in commercial construction preferred
Proficient in Google Suite and construction project management platforms (e.g., AutoDesk, Bluebeam, WRIKE)
Strong organizational, time management, and great communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an asset
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
