As our project volume continues to grow, we are expanding our team to support both field operations and office coordination.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Project Coordinator
to support our residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a
growth-focused role
designed for someone who wants to build their skills in project coordination, estimating, scheduling, and client communication, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility as the company grows.
You will work closely with ownership, Project Management, Site Superintendents, and administration to keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Estimating & Bidding Support
Assist with takeoffs, pricing, and preparation of estimates and change orders
Compile subcontractor pricing and supplier quotes
Pre-Construction Coordination
Support permit applications, specifications, material selections, and subcontractor coordination
Assist with project setup, schedules, and documentation
Project & Schedule Coordination
Help maintain construction schedules and coordinate trades and deliveries
Track project progress and flag scheduling or scope issues
Budget & Cost Tracking
Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and change order documentation
Support profitability tracking and reporting
Material & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate material orders and delivery timelines to align with project schedules
Communicate with suppliers and vendors as needed
Client & Team Communication
Support client communication, meeting notes, and progress updates
Coordinate information between the office, site teams, and subcontractors
Site & Superintendent Support
Work closely with Site Superintendents to ensure documentation, schedules, and plans are up to date
Assist with quality control documentation and close-out tasks
Assist in resolving issues as they arise and escalate when required
What You Need to Succeed
Required
2-5 years of experience in residential construction, project coordination, or a related role
Understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
Proficiency with construction management software (Houzz Pro, Buildertrend, or similar)
Comfortable working in both office and site environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
Considered Assets
Estimating or takeoff experience
Multi-unit residential or light commercial experience
Experience coordinating trades and suppliers
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field
