The Opportunity


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Custom Learning team! This is your chance to take on a pivotal role where you will support project management work on large-scale client projects, plus have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects and work directly with clients. The Role


As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key support for a diverse portfolio of client projects while assisting with internal process improvement initiatives. Success in this role is defined by your ability to support the management of projects to successful completion and to support the evolution of our project management processes.


Some of the things you'll do include;


Supporting high-volume, time-sensitive projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are consistently met.


Attending client-facing meetings and creating client-facing communication, including email project status updates.


Completing project administrative tasks such as updating project worksheets and tasks within our project management software.


Provide administrative support for the entire project lifecycle, from new project setups to detailed closeout reports and data analysis.


Support continuous improvement of our PM processes.


Potential to lead and manage a small portfolio of your own client projects, from large-scale program rebuilds to fast-moving initiatives with tight deadlines.


The Right Candidate


You have proven experience in a client-facing Project Coordinator role.


You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and multiple competing priorities.


You are highly detail-oriented, with meticulous attention to accuracy, especially in data tracking and reporting.


You have a talent for dealing with challenges using a collaborative approach.


You embrace AI and are passionate about leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency.


You are self-motivated and thrive on taking ownership of your responsibilities.


You are a strong and fluent communicator in verbal and written English (C2 minimum).


PMP certification would be considered an asset.


Experience in eLearning or a creative services agency would be considered an asset.
