Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to assume the role of Project Coordinator in our Calgary location.

What will you do?



The Project Coordinator, will support Project Managers providing assistance in the following areas:

Prepare approval, record and "as build" drawing packages for customers; Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents; Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation; Manage Customer complaints; Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and Proof Of Delivery (POD) copies; Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector; Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical (preferred) 3+ years of experience in a support/coordination role Ability to read and interpret single line diagrams and technical specifications (asset) Proficient computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Action oriented, proactive in prioritizing own workload and performing tasks independently Effective communication and collaboration skills Able to travel up to 10% (mainly regionally)
