The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Project Coordinator
who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll work closely with Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish -- ensuring they're delivered
on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare and track
RFIs, submittals, change orders
, and related documentation
Organize and attend project meetings; record and distribute minutes
Ensure all required
permits, inspections, and compliance documents
are in place
Monitor project progress and report on schedule, budget, and materials
Collaborate with procurement on material orders and deliveries
Assist with cost tracking, invoicing, and progress billing
Prepare project closeout documentation (manuals, warranties, deficiency lists)
Support and promote
OH&S compliance
across all project activities
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in
Construction Management, Civil Engineering
, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3
+ years
in a construction coordination or project support role
Proficiency with
Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam
(an asset)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
Bonus Skills
Experience with
Procore
or similar project management software
Familiarity with
Lean Construction practices
First Aid
,
CSTS
, or
WHMIS
certification
