We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator with a strong drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess a "get it done" attitude, take pride in their work, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with our Project Manager to coordinate installations, obtain permits and locates, and order hardware and materials, while also assisting with client interactions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and schedule site checks and installations with the Project Manager.
Ensure all project details are confirmed before installations and follow up with relevant parties regarding any missing information.
Obtain necessary permits and locates for various projects.
Order materials and manage inventory for installations.
Rent heavy machinery and equipment, arranging for delivery and pickup at worksites.
A-frames management and coordination with the distributer.
Assist clients by addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience.
Experience in the sign industry is a plus.
