Reporting to the Director of Estimation and Customer Service, the incumbent is responsible for carrying out various tasks related to project management within Laurier Architectural, our Laurier-Station plant.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate project kick-offs with clients Coordinate projects with internal teams Organize post-mortem meetings with clients and internal teams Ensure project follow-up between stakeholders (internal, client, supplier) Interpret client requests for price quotations Provide support to the customer service team regarding projects and quotes Offer technical support to various stakeholders (architects, internal and external clients)

Profile we are looking for:

Experience in the glass industry Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector Knowledge of AutoCAD (an asset) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Bilingual in English and French Customer-focused approach
