We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support accreditation activities, academic policy implementation, and administrative operations across our institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and academic processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to ensuring institutional standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Accreditation Support
Coordinate institutional accreditation and program approval processes, including scheduling, tracking submissions, and maintaining documentation.
Assist with preparation of self-studies, reports, and renewal applications.
Monitor compliance timelines and ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted on schedule.
Academic Policy & Process Support
Support the development, review, and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are documented, updated, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain centralized records of institutional approvals, program updates, and policy changes.
Project Coordination
Plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across departments.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, faculty, and external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings related to academic and accreditation projects.
Administrative & Documentation Management
Maintain organized filing systems for accreditation and institutional documents.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and supporting materials.
Assist with data collection and preparation of statistics required for reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Policy Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, academic administration, or compliance support within an educational setting.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft, edit, and proofread institutional documents.
Familiarity with academic policies, institutional approvals, or quality assurance processes preferred.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be able to travel to the United States as required.
