The successful candidate will support one of our clients in the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan area (located within Treaty 6 & 10 Territory). The Project Coordinator is responsible for:

• Managing smaller site support projects
• Gathering information from various stakeholders to determine scope, quality, schedule, and budget
• Working with supply chain and vendors to determine budget pricing, building project plans, schedules and budgets
• Preparation of funding requests, preparation of scopes of work
• Coordination with engineering teams, vendors and with construction and commissioning teams
• Monitoring and reporting project status and progress
• Managing project financials, project team performances, and project safety and risk
• other duties as assigned

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project planning and execution
• Industrial or Maintenance project experience
• Journeyperson status in an electrical, instrumentation, mechanical or piping trade
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Projects
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• PMP designation is an asset
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
