Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?Our Peformance and Project Controls group are currently looking to add a Project Controls Lead to their team here in St. John\'s, NL.What will you be doing?

• Establishing/implementing the systems and processes required to ensure effective management control and reporting on cost, schedule, and progress measurements through the life of the project.
• Ensuring all changes in the project scope are assessed through the established change management processes and change notices are submitted for client approval where required.
• Controlling, maintaining, and updating CBS, WBS and Control Packages for the project.
• Stewarding all project control activities and providing technical and operational direction to personnel and contractors to ensure project control activities and procedures are met.
• Preparing/requesting and distributing reports related to cost, forecasts, project analysis, and performance measures.
• Collaborating with Cost Controller to review and audit all elements of scopes of work, ensuring to independently verify progress, cost, and schedule forecast for the work.
• Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics; highlighting areas where intervention is required, investigating issues, and making recommendations to re-align to the project plan.

We think you should have:

• A degree or diploma in a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in project controls leadership roles
• An HSSE mindset and be a changemaker for championing safety awareness and supporting KPIs
