You will be joining a team under Commercial Bank Delivery, supporting 3 Portfolio Leads with their respective Digital portfolios.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
General project administration tasks
Financials management & tracking
Provide support for the investigation, analysis and documentation of portfolio risks
Presentation development and liaison with program/project managers for required inputs
Creating presentations and Forum decks
Taking meeting minutes
Submitting and tracking portfolio change and exemption request and associated approvals
Develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for resources, ensuring seamless transition. This includes system and tool access provisioning/deactivation and engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with Microsoft suite [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc]
Superior and proven organization and project management skills
Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills
Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
