Our Infrastructure Advisory team is looking for a Project Consultant based out of Toronto to join us in ASAP.
What You Get To Do

• 
  
• Preparation of pre-bid and pre-financial close technical advisory reports;
• Realistic Outside Costs Analysis;
• Reasonable Downside Analysis;
• Attend and partake in multidisciplinary Project kick-off meetings for pre bid services;
• Attend and contribute to Lenders’ and Rating Agency calls;
• Conduct & complete site inspections and reports including photographs in support of construction Period services;
• Project research and database entry;
• Networks occasionally promoting the business, cross-selling and building new contacts and enhancing client relationships; resolves issues promptly;
• Commercial awareness of business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in local market.

What You'll Have

• 
  
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of related experience;
• University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Finance or Economics;
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative;
• Naturally responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests;
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels;
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail to produce quality work;
• Strong time management and exceeds deadlines;
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills;
• Hold a valid driver's license;
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; and
• A combination of experience and education will be considered.
