It is fast-paced and engaging work, and it is extremely rewarding when customers give you with the sale because of your hard work.Typical career next steps: more senior sales roles such as Contractor, Install, Commercial or Institutional Sales.This position will be for out Kent Location at 85 Consumer\'s Drive, Saint John, New BrunswickFor this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commissionWhat you will do:\xc2\xb7 Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge\xc2\xb7 Clarify and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and suggest the best solution(s) for their projects

  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Produce quotes, material lists and follow-up with customers
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service\xc2\xb7 Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Continually learn about products and market conditions

  • A strong foundation in Sales and customer service
