As knowledgeable sales professionals, project sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems. It is fast-paced and engaging work, and it is extremely rewarding when customers give you with the sale because of your hard work.Typical career next steps: more senior sales roles such as Contractor, Install, Commercial or Institutional Sales.This position will be for out Kent Location at \xe2\x80\x93 50 Moncton St, Moncton, NB E1G 6G6For this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commissionWhat you will do:Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledgeClarify and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and suggest the best solution(s) for their projectsMaintain knowledge of current sales and promotionsTake initiative and confidently direct customer interactionsAchieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targetsProduce quotes, material lists and follow-up with customersDemonstrate high standards of safety and customer serviceResolve customer challenges quickly and efficientlyContinually learn about products and market conditionsWhat you will bring:A strong foundation in Sales and customer serviceAbility to solve problems and work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and team playerConfident, persuasive, energetic and self-motivatedAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectivesMicrosoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programsA knowledge of building materials and the construction process would be considered an assetAbility to quickly develop a trusting relationship with new customers, and build rapport with existing customers by providing quality customer service and maintaining service standardsStrong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English)What we offer:A safe work environmentWellness programScholarship and BursariesEmployee and Family Assistance PlanEmployee discountHealth and Dental BenefitsRRSP contributionContinuous learning and Career advancementCompany Profile:Kent is the largest retail building supply chain in Atlantic Canada.
