We are a not-for-profit physician organization dedicated to enhancing healthcare through high-quality continuing medical education (CME). Our mission is to provide evidence-based, engaging educational programs that contribute to the professional development of healthcare professionals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated project and event manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage multiple programs, overseeing all administrative aspects, and ensuring timely and successful execution. You will communicate professionally with faculty, sponsors, and stakeholders, coordinating the execution of agreements as well as the collection and preparation of program materials. Additionally, you will track project progress, update the website, and maintain program quality. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating various logistical aspects of live, virtual, and OnDemand events to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Program Management:

Collaborate with the sponsors, scientific planning committee and faculty for the coordination of our live CME programs and events.

Content Management:

Prepare, track and oversee program content development and versions to ensure program materials are accurate and up to date.

Document Management and Quality Control:

Proofreading, formatting, and ensuring consistency in materials and documents.

Website Management:

Updating content on the website and ensuring formatting and creative representation of program branding.

Accreditation:

Submission of programs and related materials for review and ensuring compliance with various accrediting bodies.

Event Logistics:

Organize event logistics, host virtual sessions, and coordinate logistics for onsite events, including occasional evenings and weekends (as needed).

Administrative Duties:

Manage contracts, agreements, payments, and other key administrative tasks related to CME programs, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Required Skills:



Highly Proficient with MS Office:

Expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Document Management:

Accurate and efficient formatting, editing, writing, and proofreading.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French language skills are an asset.

Pressure Management:

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:



Education:

University or post-secondary education.

Experience:

At least 3-4 years of project and event management experience

Language Skills:

French language proficiency is an asset.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
