We are growing and seeking an experienced Project and Construction Manager to join our team. The Project and Construction Managerwill be responsible for ensuring each construction project is performing to work plans, staff are motivated and working efficiently, business partnerships are thriving, customers are satisfied, and as a result the business is growing. This role will be part of the strategic leadership team supporting the business in various aspects to achieve their strategic goals.

4. Technical drawings are accurate and issues are pre-emptively identified and rectified before work is performed on site.
5. Contracts, accounting documents, and agreements are monitored and approved to ensure due diligence is followed.
6. Collaboration with all team members, customers, vendors, and subcontractors is embodied to ensure the successful completion of the project.
7. Regular reporting and valuable contributions are made to the President/Owner to ensure success of the company.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Construction Management/Project Management role and at least 5+ years of residential construction related experience.
Post-secondary education in Project/Construction Management or other related field.
Training and/or experience with the Ontario Building Code or the National Building Code.
Proven success with customer, vendor, and team relationships.
Other Expectations:
Travel is required with occasional overnight accommodation required for out of town projects.
Permanent resident of Canada or Valid Canadian work permit is required.
Valid Ontario driver's license.
BCIN qualification is an asset
Experience with BIM and drafting software (e.g., Revit, Graphisoft) is preferred; familiarity with construction collaboration tools such as Bluebeam is an asset.
