Do you have a passion for energy efficiency and a drive to make a difference across the province? The Energy Efficiency Policy and Programs Branch within the Distribution, Conservation and Innovation Policy Division is seeking a Project Advisor to support the implementation of public-facing programs. In this dynamic role, you'll lead data analysis, evaluate business processes, and engage with stakeholders to enhance energy efficiency and conservation initiatives that benefit communities across Ontario.
This position is supporting as well as leading certain aspects of program delivery and policy development for three energy efficiency and conservation programs. With the release of the Integrated Energy Plan, this is an opportunity to help deliver on commitments made to enhance energy efficiency and work with stakeholders towards regional energy planning as well as enhancing access to energy data.

In this position you will:
support the delivery of energy benchmarking and municipal funding programs.
conduct data analysis of program data to support policy and program development across the ministry.
support the evaluation of programs and projects and make recommendations for enhancement.
provide client support and provide solutions to incoming issues, questions etc.
manage projects by establishing priorities, developing workplans, and monitoring budget
liaise with internal and external stakeholders to discuss and enhance policies and programs
prepare reports, presentations, communications and briefing notes for senior management
