We are seeking a
Project Administrator
to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who wants to grow into a
Project Manager
within a premium construction and design-engineering environment.
What You'll Do
Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
Maintain organized project folders, submittals, approvals, and technical documentation
Gather specifications, cut sheets, and product details from vendors
Assist with internal coordination across engineering and resource/inventory teams
Send light communication and scheduling updates to clients as directed
Support daily work tracking, prepare invoice packages, and submit receipts
Prepare and tidy the showroom and meeting rooms for client appointments
Answer phones and provide a polished, luxury-level client experience
Manage office supplies, groceries, and materials; place orders as needed
What You Bring
2+ years experience in construction, design, architecture, or engineering administration
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent organization, accuracy, and document management skills
Clear, professional communication and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks with calm, structured follow-through
Desire to grow into a Project Manager role within a high-end environment
Assets (Not Required)
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
or willingness to pursue
PMP track
or interest in obtaining PMP in the future
Construction project administration or coordination certificates (college or industry association)
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
certification
