Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $63,818 - $77,220 per year.

Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Job Purpose

The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the engineering team by managing the administrative aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. This role ensures project documentation, client communications, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Review client purchase orders and issue confirmations Set up billable projects in the ERP system Monitor active project progress and communicate updates Follow up with clients for required information Distribute CRN documentation Review and deactivate retired opportunities Complete project close-out procedures Provide excellent customer service Collaborate with internal teams Recommend process improvements Assist with general administrative tasks

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years relevant experience Experience with an ERP system Proficiency with MS Office suite Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt quickly and support team members Customer service mindset and professionalism
